The Parents’ Association has a vital role to play withn the life of our school. It is an opportunity for parents and teachers to come together to raise funds for our pupils.
Over the last two years for example, over £6,000 was raised by the Association.
This allowed us to fund a range of activities and purchase equipment , for example:
- sports equipment;
- classroom equipment;
- extra-curricular activities – chess club, Scripture Union;
- reducing cost of school visits – Year 8 Activity Day.
We are always looking for new members. It is also a chance for parents to get to know one another. If you are able to come along you will be made very welcome.
